Falling off the wago

Falling off the wagon


I stopped writing my daily updates as from Wednesday I had fallen off the wago :( I was snacking on junk food through the day and then not even going to the gym after work. I guess I was just feeling really down from gaining at weigh in even though I knew why - from the chips and chocolates through-out the week. Some time or another people do slip up, it reminds me of a saying I really like "success doesn't come with never failing, but rising every time you fall". I am determined to make these next four days before weigh in count

Week 4

~*Week 4 Monday September 30th 2013*~ Nothing much interesting to say here, ate relatively healthy and went to the gym

~*Week 4 Tuesday October 1st 2013*~ Negatives: had chips Positives: went to the gym early in the morning even though I was flying out that afternoon for work. Also ate well at dinner and didn't have seconds or get dessert

~*Week 4 Wednesday October 2nd 2013*~ Negatives: Weighed in and I gained 600grams :( Really down about it as I was so close to my September goal, While I am going well exercising I need to change my eating habbits.
